The functional layout of this cottage offers room for all, with privacy, yet the kitchen, living room and dining room are centrally located and offer a beautiful view of Lake Ann. The deck and yard lead to the shallow lakefront and dock. Relax around the bonfire or enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the deck, some nights you can hear the local bands as the music dances across the lake.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Deposit can be refunded if canceled property can be rebooked, minus a $50 paperwork fee. Balance, security deposit (separate check), and cleaning fee are due 30 days prior to arrival.
